No Ordinary Family is a new and upcoming family drama that is set to air September 28, 2010 around 8:00 PM on ABC.

The Pilot episode is a story of a family, an everyday american family who are too busy to spend time together. They decided to take an airborne cruise of the rain forest as family as a way to reconnect with each other. Unfortunately their plane crashed when a storm hits. Luckily they survived and now they are back on their normal lives, something strange happened to them. They obtain a superhuman abilities or power after surviving a plane crash.

The series stars Michael Chiklis as Jim Powell, Julie Benz as Stepanie Powell, Romany Malco as George St. Cloud, Autumn Reeser as Katie Andrews, Kay Panabaker as Daphne Powell, Jimmy Bennett as JJ Powell and Stephen Collins as Dr. Dayton King.

Robin denies wedding with Mariel that happened in Baguio City. Just recently, the Philippine showbiz was shocked with the news about the Robin and Mariel wedding that happened in Baguio City last September 13, 2010. The said wedding was confirmed legal by the officiating priest whom a native priest of Ibaloi tribe. However, after the said news was aired on television and earned a lot of negative comments, Robin now denies the said wedding with Mariel.

"Di po yan ang mga bagay na ating nakikita ay iyon na po yon, at ating naririnig ay iyon na po iyon." according to Robin when interviewed by ABS-CBN.

People are now confused if the wedding of Mariel and Robin in Baguio is just a publicity stunt or just part of their upcoming project. But, why would the Ibaloi priest confirmed it if it's not true? Well, that is part of showbiz life I think. Nothing is true unless the people involved confirmed it first.

City of Wonder is the latest Facebook game developed by Playdom. The game was launched last August 18, 2010 and have earned millions of players in just a month.

The game is similar to the popular PC game Sim City but has a different taste of interesting ideas. The basic goal of the game is to build your city, make your people happy and wealthy, build strong militia to defend your city and level up through different ages of time.

As you progress, your empire will advance from stone age to the classical age, industrial age, modern age and beyond. For you to reach this ages, you need to do some research studies provided by the game to unlock new buildings to construct.

Graphics wise, City of Wonder got it perfectly right. Other interesting things about the game that is not commonly encountered in a city-themed game like this is that, you have a lot of things to do aside from building and decorating your city. You can also do research tasks, trading from other civilization, socializing and you can attack other empire. This additional features make City of Wonder stand out from other city-themed game.

City of Wonder is another addicting game in Facebook that has the potential to top down other city-themed game in Facebook.

Willie Revillame Set To Have A New Noontime Show in TV5

Rumors are ciculating now that Willie Revillame is set to have a new noontime show come first week of October this year. The said noontime show will be called "Willing-Willie Kami".

According to reports, Willie's group of dancers and staff from his defunct ABS-CBN show "Wowowee" is joining the TV host on its new program. It is said that more than 30 people had resigned after ABS-CBN replaced "Wowowee" and had started rehearsing for more than a week for the upcoming noontime show in TV5.

Despite his pending legal battle with his former network, Willie is firmed that he can do or accept shows from other network since he already cut ties with ABS-CBN for not following what they have agreed in the contract. However, ABS-CBN insisted that Willie Revillame is not allowed to accept any offer from other network because his still bound to finish his contract that would end September 2011.

Reports said that Kapamilya network already reminded GMA7 and TV5 about Willie Revillame's existing contract obligations. That if they enter an agreement with Willie would result in a lawsuit against them.

This issue remains rumor until Willie Revillame and TV5 admits it.

10. Check your cheat engine and you will see in the address bar the changes in value from 14 to 1.
11. Click the address in the address bar, notice the bottom part of the cheat engine after hitting the address.
12. Click the frozen box to freeze and click the value and change it to your desired amount. Maximum is 999,999,999.
13. Go back to your ninja saga account, exchange 1 token to gold and viola! You will get enough token and gold.

Treasure Isle Tips For Beginners

Let me share some Treasure Isle Tips on how to get started with the game. First you need to have a Facebook account to start with so you can access the Treasure Isle game application of Zynga.

After installing the game, set yourself by choosing your gender. To start you have a full energy to use, 300 coins and 5 island cash to spend. The objective of the game is to search for rare items or artifacts in different islands. It's not that easy because you need to keep your energy high so you can dig for more valuable items.

The moment your energy bar turns to zero, you need to replenish it by asking from your friends to send you some fruits or energy pack. Fruits serves as your food and that gives you additional energy to dig more plots. In your home island, you can also plant fruits for you to use. If ever you don't have enough fruits to use to replenish your energy, you can visit your friends island to do some tasks while waiting for your energy bar to be fully charge again.

The first island that you are going to explore is the Aloha Island where you need to find five crown jewels. Once you have completed the quest for the crown jewels set, you can trade in the treasures for a prize. However, it's not the end of the Aloha Island adventure, you still need to dig for some rewards like extra gold coins, fruits and experience points. The digging is over when you dig all the areas in the island.

Your next stop would be the Sunny Shores. You need to dig for the Tiki statues. There are some instances that you cannot complete the artifacts. You may need some help from your friends to get those items by gift sending.

Next island is the Palm Paradise. On this island, you need to look for the five treasure remnants, five royal garb and five famous diamonds. There are some instances that some of the rare items cannot be found on this island.

On Gem Gate Isle, you can continue searching for the remaining royal garb. You can also find some Koa Wood Statues and some famous diamonds on this island.

The search for royal garb continues in Tiki Atoll island. You may found some puka shells and some famous diamonds to add to your collections.

At Peaceful Bay Island you may find some Hula Outfit, historical sculptures and some puka shells.

Other islands are locked and can only be unlocked once you level up. So, if your energy bar gets zero, visit your friends island to earn some coins and additional experience points. Once you level up, your energy bar will be fully charge and you can start digging for those treasures.

Let me tell you that you need Drinks gifts for this coin cheat to work since you will be using it to acquire coins. If incase you don't have Drinks gifts in your inventory, you can create or use a different account and send yourself a Free Gifts (any drinks will do).

1) Open charles. Make sure it loads finish.
2) Go into Cafe World [click to play]
3) You should see this line in Charles. “http://fb-client-1.cafe.zynga.com” (it may be client-0 or client-2)
4) Expand it> expand amfphp
5) You will see “gateway.php(YoCafeRemote.initialize)”
(if you do not see this, you did not follow the steps! close everything and start from step 1)
6) Right click this gateway.php and select Breakpoints
7) Immediately go to Cafe World, Click Use Gifts, Click Serve on any of the drinks. Has to be DRINKS or any of the INSTANT serve gifts.
A breakpoint tab will appear on Charles
9) Click it, click AMF.
10) Expand the [4] and you will see ‘customers’ with a value
11) Change that value to ‘1000000′
12) Click Execute
13) Another breakpoint tab will appear.
14) Click back to your Session tab, and right click that gateway.php that your added a Breakpoint to earlier.
15) Now, select breakpoints again to remove it.
16) Click on the breakpoint tab, and click execute.
17) Check your Cafe World now, you should have a few millions coins.

Showbiz News Ngayon Rocks or Sucks?

I should have posted this last Tuesday but I run out of time so here's my post about Showbiz News Ngayon.

Showbiz News Ngayon just aired last Monday night for their first episode in primetime. I am expecting so much about this show since they are bragging that SNN has a different style from other entertainment shows that would captivate the interest of the viewers. Honestly speaking, it's a big disappointment watching Showbiz News Ngayon, nothing is new with the style and gimmick of the show. I hate to say this but there's no difference watching "The Buzz" every Sunday . SNN or Showbiz News Ngayon doesn't fit the primetime slot.

Actually, "The Buzz" is much better to watch than SNN. Showbiz News Ngayon is boring so don't expect ABS-CBN will get a high rating for the said show. I doubt if this show will last long in primetime.

I'm a certified kapamilya since birth and this is my first time to comment about ABS-CBN's show. Don't they have a good show anymore? I think they need to hire resourceful writers and creative team that could come up a good quality show.

Here's another soap opera from ABS-CBN that I'm beginning to love. A television series on hope and faith starred by a seven year old new child actor Zaijan Jaranilla. This is the first big role of Zaijan Jaranilla who recently played "Tony" on ABS-CBN's "Komiks Presents: Mars Ravelo's Tiny Tony." He's also seen in Goin' Bulilit.

"May Bukas Pa" is being aired after T.V. Patrol. The story is so touching and inspirational. I can say that Zaijan fits well for the character of Santino who'll turn to be a miracle boy.

I like the acting of Zaijan and I'm watching May Bukas Pa every night, at his young age he knows already how to touch his audience heart by his acting, he's so innocent and he plays the role well. Good job Zaijan!!!

Globe Reward A Scam?

Last night, I received a text advisory from Globe informing me that I have been rewarded with xx Free load for accumulating at least P20 reloads from December 1 to December 31 of last year. So I checked my balance just to make sure that I have received it, "Uyy!! meron nga". Well, ofcourse I'm thankful for the reward that I have received from them.

I didn't use the load yet since wala naman akong itetext, until this afternoon, my brother text me that I need to make a reply. I was wondering why I can't send my message and would always give me a message sending failed notice. As far as I know I still have loads since Globe sent me a reward load. So, I'm thinking, baka di pwede sa Smart number reason why I have a failed message. But why would they restrict sending message to Smart numbers eh wala naman silang advice na my free load is for Globe to Globe only. So, I checked my balance again and to my surprise, I've got zero balance na.

Wooooohhhoooo!!! Just overnight binawi nila ang Free Load na bigay nila. My goodness gracious!!! Namigay pa sila ng load... sana nagtext uli sila informing me that they have taken back the Free load that they have sent me at least di na ako napagod pa sa pagtetext. I'm just wondering if the DTI knows what they are doing.

Meteor Garden Pinoy Remake?

I just learned (late sa balita) that there will be a remake for the Taiwan's smash hit series Meteor Garden. It was first aired over ABS-CBN in 2003 and got the highest rating nationwide.

According to Pep, ABS-CBN bags the right of Meteor Garden Remake. I just don't know why they love doing remakes when they can create great stories of their own. Anyway, it was said that Sarah Geronimo will portray the role as Shan Cai. However, there's no Dao Ming Si yet. There are rumors that it might be John Lloyd Cruz who will play for the role but I don't find it suitable for John Lloyd to be the gang leader. Best if it would be Jake Cuenca since Jake's personality is much stronger than John Lloyd. Rayver Cruz is also part of the cast but I don't think it's confirmed.

There's no proper role casting yet since they are still looking for the right person who will play the role of Dao Ming Si, Hua Ze Lei, Xi Men and Mei Zuo Ling.

It's Eraserheads Reunion Concert "The Final Set". They will reunite for the second time to fulfill their fans satisfaction? We all know that during their first Reunion Concert last August 30, 2008 the concert ended abruptly due to Ely's health conditions. Some was dismayed for the sudden ending of the concert and some understands.

The concert will be on March 7, 2009 at Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. Producers of the concert are MTV and Smart. About the tickets, it's much more expensive than their previous concert.

Tayong Dalawa (The Two of Us) Television Series

ABS-CBN is now set to premiere Tayong Dalawa (The Two of Us) this coming Monday, January 19 on their Prime time. This will replace Anne Curtis soap "Dyosa" that will end tonight.

Tayong Dalawa was supposed to be aired last December 19, 2008 but for some reasons the premier date was moved to January 19, 2009. This will be the first soap opera for this year of ABS-CBN.

Tayong Dalawa (The Two of Us) is a different story from the Tayong Dalawa movie of Sharon and Gabby way back 1992. It's a love triangle between two friends who are both Philippine Military Cadets ( Gerald Anderson and Jake Cuenca) who turned out to be half-brothers to a young and simple girl Audrey (Kim Chiu).

My first New Year away from home.

I know this is a little bit late but I just want to share this here. Before, I used to celebrate New Year's Day with my parents, brothers and other relatives. However, it's different this year, it was my first time to celebrate New Year's Day far away from them. Well, the old adage is correct "what is constant in this life is change". I know they are sad that I'm not there to celebrate New Year with them, but things aren't the same anymore. We need to accept the fact that I'm now a married woman that is now trying to build a family of my own. Actually, I'm sad too, but that's life, we need to adopt changes.

So what? I spent my new year in Batangas with hubby and with my inlaws. There's a lot of fire crackers down the street when 12 midnight came. It was totally different to the way we celebrate New Year in Davao where in there's no fire crackers (because fire crackers are banned by the Mayor), what we only have is to keep our sound system in a loud volume, do some more noise using kitchen utensils, bottles and others, but still we are having fun.

Traditionally, during New Year, we gather together to offer prayer of thanks to our Almighty God for keeping us strong and alive for the past year. We also asked His continued guidance for the present year. I maybe far from them but I know in our hearts we do have the same prayers that God would guide us and keep us away from any harm so that we can see each other again and also for us to continue to serve our Father Almighty.

Next year, I'll be celebrating New Year with them for we are going home to Davao to be with them come New Year's Day. =)

My first post for the Year 2009

This is my first post for the year 2009. For the past year, I may say that it was a blessed year for me. While I'm doing this post, I'm reminiscing the previous year. How good it was to me. The things that happened to my life, to us and a lot more. Well, I'm out of words again, I even don't know where to start.

Looking back, I can't remember any pain last year. I mean, everything runs smooth unlike the other years that passes by. With this, I'm thankful to God for making me happy, for making my wish come true, for giving me the special person I been longing to be with for the rest of my life. And also, for keeping my parents and siblings away from any harm. I am thankful to have my faith intact and still have the right to serve HIM.

For this year,I'm hoping and praying that God will continue to bless and protect us. Looking forward as well to have a baby this year. Hope He'll continue to guide our way and keep us away from any violence that this world has.

May we all have a bless year!!!

Kahit Isang Saglit will end this coming Friday, Dec. 12, 2008. I love this teleserye, the story was never boring. It's just sad that this will end the sooner as I expect. Most teleserye's are likely more than 3 or 4 months aired but with Kahit Isang Saglit it just took almost three months.

The final episode is packed with excitement, thrill, romance, and drama according to the KIS cast when their soap was given a pre-finale press conference at Restaurant 9501 in ABS-CBN compound last December 3, 2008.

Kahit Isang Saglit is another remarkable soap from ABS-CBN. The actors and actresses behind this project and the directors of this soap, Jerry Lopez Sineneng and the late Gilbert Perez deserves a round of applause. Jericho and Carmen Soo's team up was great, hope they could make another soap opera like this.

According to ABS-CBN, right after the finale of Kahit Isang Saglit, they'll going to release the first three volumes of Kahit Isang Saglit DVD edition and soon will be out in the market. However, the last three volumes will still be out in the market anytime on January.

My Google Adsense Thanksgiving Earnings

I thought I’m not going to reach the minimum pay for last month since I only have more or less $70 on my Adsense report and I’m little bit worried because I only have few more days before the month end of November to catch up so that I can be paid by Google Adsense. But wait, my worries are gone when Thanksgiving Day came, I earned $60 in just one day. Here’s the proof.

Hola!! I just received last Saturday my first Google Adsense pay for my entire 1 year. Yes! It took me 1 year before I reached the minimum payout of $100. It is simply because I don’t know what to do and how to optimize my blog to generate more traffic. I received my Adsense pay through Western Union amounting to $198.86.

I’m so happy because it won’t be possible for me to have those extra bucks if it’s not because of my husband. He’s more enthusiastic and expert in terms of blogging and SEO. He’s the one helping me to learn and understand the things that I need to learn with blogging and SEO. Still on the process of learning and hope I could grasp it all and apply it on my other blogs which is also earning but not that big.

If it took me 1 year before I received my first payment from Google well, not this time. For the month of November I’ll be receiving another $100+ earnings that will be issued before New Year. This is just my beginning of earning the dollars, there’s more to come and hopefully much bigger than what I have received.

Fear Factor is a reality stunt game show in the U.S and was originally created by Endemol Netherlands in the Netherlands and first aired on June 11, 2001. Now and Neverland was the original Dutch version however when it was adapted to the American market they changed it to Fear Factor.

Well, if this is how easy to make a baby then I'd make 3 babies in a month. This is the safest method I've ever known to make a baby and inexpensive too. LoL!! I have two new born babies now (I wish I have)... LOL!! Try to figure out saan nagmana ang mga chikiting na ito. Actually this babies are my future babies... hahahaha.

Bleeding and Miscarriage

Last September 4, 2008 I've posted here the result of my pregnancy test. However, I would like to update those who were not able to read my husband's blog post.

As I mentioned to my post last September 4, about Early Symptoms of Pregnancy. I'm little bit paranoid of what is happening to me since I'm bleeding for almost a month and still the results of my two pregnancy tests were all negative. Based on what we have read in the internet, pregnancy test would be effective only after you missed your menstruation thus, we are thinking it's just normal for me to bleed. And when I missed my period for the month of August, I took the pregnancy test again and was positive. However, when we have our first check up with the OB-Gyne that was referred to us, she told us that I need to undergo dilation and curettage. The bleeding that I experience is not a normal thing anymore. It's incomplete abortion according to the doctor and is usually caused by a blighted ovum. Well, we're both disappointed but we can't do anything about it.

That same day I was admitted in the hospital for D&C. It's my first time to be hospitalized and I'm a little bit nervous of the said operation. I don't have any idea what or how D&C is being done. I just learned how they do it when I searched for it in the internet that is after I went out the hospital. Anyway, I'm okay now and now ready to have a baby.

What I learned from that situation is that whatever you feel that is not normal to you, go ahead and see the doctor. It might be worst than what you expect.

Early Symptoms of Pregnancy

I am being paranoid the past few weeks due to some changes that I am feeling. What is really happening to me? This is my first time to experience almost a month long spotting and bleeding. Not a normal thing for me. Am I sick? I’m not sure, I even thought of having a cancer based on the experienced of my friend’s mom. I keep on searching for answers but there’s no assurance if it’s really the reason of my bleeding and spotting. Until this morning, it answered my questions. I took the pregnancy test and it’s positive. We still don’t know how many weeks I’m pregnant since we haven’t gone to any OB-Gyne yet.

So here’s the evidence of making me paranoid.

During the past weeks these are the symptoms that I have felt.

1. Spotting and bleeding – I bleed sometimes and sometimes not. This alarms me and made me think of bad thoughts that I maybe suffering from a serious illness like cancer.

2. Swollen Breast - It’s very sensitive to touch.

3. Backaches – I sometime feel lower backaches.

4. Frequent Urination

I never felt the morning sickness which is also one of the early symptoms of pregnancy. What I’m feeling now is I’m always sleepy and tired.

EntreCard Site is Down, Problem Logging in, EntreCard Data Center was Hit by Fire

I’m trying to access my EntreCard account but I’m having problem signing in. At first, I was able to login but when I logout and try to login with a different account it will no longer push through. I thought that this is just a temporary problem but until now I can’t still access any of my Entrecard account.

I just discovered that the EntreCard Data Center was hit by fire causing the site to be down. I just read the announcement of Entrecard and here’s their message;

"Unfortunately, there has been an electrical fire at the data center housing Entrecard’s servers. The servers have not been damaged, but the site may be down for as long as 12 hours.

Eraserheads Reunion Concert Youtube Video

Tomorrow is the night that everybody is waiting for. To witness once again the Eraserheads Reunion Concert. When I bought the ticket yesterday it’s like they’re selling like hotcakes. Everybody was patiently waiting for their turn to get their own ticket for the concert. It’s a little sad though when we heard the news about the passing of Ely Buendia’s mother. However, the concert will push through according to the news despite of what had happened to Ely’s mom. Let’s just wait and see since no confirmation yet with the group if it will be re-scheduled or not.

For the meantime, we are excited for tomorrows event. I’m going to the concert tomorrow night with my husband and will take some videos of the Reunion Concert of the Eraserheads if given the chance. I’ll post here the Eraserheads Reunion Video. I’ll be posting the Eraserheads Reunion Concert Video in Youtube as well. Stay tuned!!

Update: We arrived yesterday at around past 3 o'clock for the Eraserheads Reunion Concert earlier than the scheduled time hoping we could get a good location where we could see the band. Unluckily, we are far from the stage so getting some good shots and videos are not that good as well.

The awaited concert started and all are very excited and happy, 15 songs were sung for the first set and waited for the 2nd set of songs after the 20 minutes break. Unfortunately, the concert was cut short since Ely Buendia was rush to the hospital for medical reason.

Eraserheads Reunion will push through this coming Saturday, August 30, 2008. However, it’s not free anymore as what have been circulating before. Somebody took over the sponsorship of the Eraserheads Reunion Concert thus everybody is now happy.

My husband doesn’t want to miss this opportunity of seeing the Eraserheads together so he asked me to purchase the Eraserheads Reunion Ticket. Last night, the ticket is only P1, 300 for patron and 800 for general admission, but when I went to Ticketworld at National Bookstore it’s no longer P1, 300. I bought 2 tickets and each is already P1, 371.50 a little bit higher than the introductory price.

Hi!! I'm back!! Been busy this past few days reason why I haven't updated this blog. Well, I'm a certified plain housewife now. I just resigned from my work since we do have a conflict schedules. My work is during night time while he works in the morning. So, when I get home he's on his way to work and when he gets home, I'm on my way to work it's like we are playing hide and seek, thus I decided to resign for us to have quality time and also for me to do my job as a wife.

During the past few days, we're busy fixing our little home. For the meantime we're staying in a small room here in Makati. We do have plans of moving to a much bigger place but it's not practical this time. We do have lots of things to accomplish first. As a newly wed couple we bought some things that we need in our little home to make it look a house like a new television, our bed, and a refrigerator for us to stock foods.

Of course, being a wife includes cooking so for us not to depend on ready to cook foods and with restaurants I need to cook for my husband. I’m thankful I know how to cook so it wouldn’t be a hassle for me.

I’m going to stay home, fix his things, do some house chores, ironing, washing some of our clothes, and do the dishes and the like. It’s no big deal...its part of being a married woman.

My Pizza Hut Experience

Hate Late? Call 911-11-11 this is the tag line of Pizza Hut. If they deliver your pizza beyond the given time then your pizza will be free. But what if your order is not completely delivered? Like they missed to include the milk dip of your baked cinnamon sticks? What will you do? Would you just tell yourself “that’s fine, you could still eat your baked cinnamon anyway” or dial their number and complain it with them?

Such scenario happened to me last week. For the past week, I’ve been dependent of pizza hut that every time I’m hungry I would order online and have it delivered in our place (I’m just too lazy to go out and buy some foods). So far the service is good. However, last Monday when they delivered my order, they missed to include the milk dip of the baked cinnamon that I’ve ordered. I thought the milk dip was just inside the box but when I opened it there’s none.

I was pissed a little bit and confused if I’ll just let it go since it is just a milk dip or should I call them and complain about it. We don’t have telephone line here so I can’t dial their number. Okay, so what I did was I sent them another order online so they would call me to confirm about it and then I sent them an email about what happened. I’m not wrong, they called me again and there I’ve told them that I did it intentionally but not to add another order but for them to call me so I can complain with them that I was not satisfied with their service that day since my order was not properly delivered. They promised to rush the milk dip and ask for an apology of what happened and that everything would be taken cared of.

You would think that it is just a milk dip for me to get upset. It might be a small thing to get worried but my point is, I paid for it and they should provide satisfaction with their customer and since I’m not satisfied of course it is my right to let them know.

I received the milk dip as promised and I thought everything is okay. To my surprise I received a phone call from an anonymous person. When I answered it the person talking is the delivery boy of pizza hut asking sorry of what happened and that he’ll just send me a free pizza. Wait!!! What’s that? Did I hear it right? Yes, a free pizza from him or should I say from Pizza Hut for them to cover up? I’m not sure if the initiative of giving me a free pizza is from the management of Pizza Hut or just the will of the Pizza Hut delivery boy for him to cover up.

Anyway, to cut it short, I received my free pizza and take note… with one stem of red rose flower included. Hahahaha…. It’s like a boy courting a girl when I received it. Here’s the picture.

Michelle Wie disqualified for violating the LPGA Rule

Golf player, Michelle Wie is the player to beat this week according to Cristina Kim but unfortunately Wie was disqualified in the LPGA State Farm Classic for violating the rule in Signing and Returning the Score Card before leaving the scoring area.

Betsy King, working as a TV analyst at the State Farm tournament said that Wie always had her caddy stands over her as she turned in her scorecard to make sure nothing to miss. However, the Tour Officials were not sure if her caddy accompanied her into the scoring tent.

The rule was “After completion of the round, the competitor should check his score for each hole and settle any doubtful points with the Committee. He must ensure that the marker or markers have signed the score card, sign the score card himself and return it to the Committee as soon as possible and that a player is deemed to have returned her score card to the Committee when she leaves the roped area of the scoring tent or leaves the scoring trailer”. However, what happened was prior to signing her card, Wie had left the defined scoring area resulting in her subsequent disqualification.

According to Wie, it’s just really unfortunate. She didn’t know what happened to her during that time. She usually sign her scorecard before leaving the tent area but so unfortunate to forgot signing her scorecard that time. The scorers went after her and she signed it and turned it in and she thought that it would be okay.

Well, a Rule is always a rule. There are no exemptions even if it’s an honest mistake. It’s a good learning experience though, that’s what Michelle Wie had to say.

The New Miss Universe 2008 Pageant was held at the Crown Convention Center (Diamond Bay Resort) in Nha Trang, Vietnam, July 14, 2008 Monday 8:30 AM Eastern Standard Time and was broadcast via NBC TV outlets worldwide.

Umobile Review

Someone asked me if how long would an application from umobil e to get approved. Well, I don’t know if there’s a standard possessing time that they follow before they approved an application. When I joined umobile, four days after I submitted my application I received a welcome note that I am officially part of their community. On that welcome note, they also informed me the things I need to prepare for me to receive my new u ümobile sim. I need a photocopy of a valid ID or an authorization letter and a photocopy of my valid ID if somebody would receive it other than me. Few days after receiving the email, I received a text from them confirming the time I am available to receive my new umobile sim.

So far, I waited not that long to received my umobile sim. The only qualifications that I know in order for an application to be approved are those residing in the Philippines and that it should be within the ages of 15-35 years old. Once you meet these requirements, you’re on your way for your application to be approved.

Umobile is an ad-funded mobile network. A certain company has sponsored for your usage for you to be able to call, text and surf. All approved applicants starting June 1, 2008 until August 31, 2008 will receive 100 pre-paid loads every month for the first six months.

As of this time, you can text from umobile to other network like smart. However, text messaging to a globe network is not yet supported by umobile but then calls from umobile to globe can be done. I haven’t tried yet calling and texting from umobile sim to a sun cellular sim so I don’t know if it’s supported already or not.

Buhay Coke Party at Taste Asia

I know that it's too late for me to post about the Blogger's Coke Party at Taste Asia last June 27 but since I can't think of anything to post so here, just to update this blog.

Yes! We went there with my SPECIAL FRIEND to have fun with other bloggers and also getting the chance of meeting new friends. However, we're both shy to introduce ourselves with them. Honestly, we went there to get our Coke Zero and to have a free dinner!!!Hehehehe( Magpakatotoo ka mare!!)

The night was full of fun and surprises!!! Full of foods and Coke Zero too!!! "busog ang mga alaga namin sa tiyan! (",) ". I've meet the "Dollanares" (kung may millionares may dollanares...hehehe) Jezlau and his friend Aethen. Actually, it's my second time to attend a blogger event like this. The first time was in Iblog4. Some familiar faces was there but I don't have the guts to introduce my self. My partner who invited me to join is a shy person as well. He’s “kalog” in his blog but his just silent in those kinds of events.

I also enjoyed the magic tricks of Marcelle Fabie. It's not just a simple magic trick with his cards. He does the rope trick, the chain trick and a lot more. I don't know how he do it but of course there's always a catch．You just need to be observant.

Solution Error 999 Yahoo Mail

What happened to Yahoo? I’m trying to login to my Yahoo account today since I want to check my mails, but what the heck is going on with Yahoo? At first I thought that I just forgot my password reason why I can’t login, but I’ve tried it many times and I know that I’m typing the correct password I had for that account and still it would give me this error message “Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999” please try again later.

A lot has been complaining anymore and all got the same questions why they can’t login since yesterday with Yahoo. I’ve already reported the issue with Yahoo Support and hope they would reply to my Gmail account as soon as possible and hope that they could resolved the issue immediately

Last week my boyfriend invites me to the newest first ad-funded mobile service in Asia called ümobile. What makes it different from the other network is that you can call, text, and surf for free because there are certain company who sponsored there usage. Once your invitation was approved you’ll automatically received a FREE SIM and will be eligible to get the P100 free load per month for the first 6 months of being with ümobile, on top of that there are lots of rewards that awaits you(that’s according to them). As of this time, my invitation was approved and still waiting for the SIM that they’ll going to mail to my address.

People's Park only in Davao

We already completed the things that we need to comply for our wedding, so after four days of being busy I’ve decided to visit the new park that has been opened in Davao. Last December due to a limited time I wasn’t able to get there so I really find time to go there before going back here in manila to see what’s in there.

The place was the old PTA grounds. During Araw ng Dabaw or Kadayawan, exhibits are being held there. Now, it’s known to be the “People’s Park”. Here are some of the pictures that we have taken at the park.

Compared to other parks in Davao, People's Park is much organized and much bigger. They have the sunken garden, the bridges, nipa hut, manmade falls, playground for the kids, ponds, and more.

What I like there is that, security guards are all over and you can't get in that easy. At the entrance hall, inspections are being done. No barbecue sticks or sharp objects allowed inside, so if you're buying foods with a stick, that will be removed. If you are a smoker,, well, smoking is not allowed, cigarettes will be confiscated most especially Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has been imposing the "non-smoking" policy for public areas and establishments since then.

Blogging through my phone

This is what I like with my phone, I can blog without even going to the internet cafe, so long I have load or there's free Wi-fi then there would be no problem. I can also check my email and my friendster account here. By the way, I'll be on leave next week. I'm going home to Davao to comply the things that we need for our wedding. So, Davao here I come!

Tech Gadgets

I'm back!!! Well, I'm always been busy but for the past 2 weeks of no posting the only reason behind was, my bf was out of the country so I don't have his laptop for me to use it. So now, I'm back to posting again.

Well, I love tech gadgets most especially cell phones, digital cameras, video cameras, ds, psp and a lot more except Ipods only because I don’t appreciate them. It’s not that I’m not a music lover, yes I am but I don’t think having an ipod is being practical for\ me simply because I can use my cell phone to download music. I can hear music everywhere as well and I also have my DS to upload with tons of songs if I want to reason why I don’t appreciate the value of having an Ipod, By the way, I’m not into movies that much so I don’t buy the argument that you can download movies with your ipod.

Anyway, so much of that, recently I bought my new cell phone. It’s my birthday gift for my self and a reward as well of working so hard. Last year I bought a Motorola V3i phone as my advance birthday gift for my self but the day before my birthday came a good thief stole it while I’m sleeping and I congratulate her/him for a job well done.

Now I have my new cell phone and I loved it. It’s an N Series phone with 8 GB built in memory, a 3g phone, 16 Million Colour TFT Screen (240 x 320 Pixels), 5 Mega pixel Camera with Auto focus & Carl Zeiss™ Lens just close to my digital camera with a 6.0 mega pixels.

Cooking Mama

It's Mah Birthday!!!! First, I need to thank our Almighty God for giving me another year to live in this world. Gaining age means a blessing!! Yup!!! It's my birthday today!! I'm very thankful for all the things that had happened for the past years. Now, that God gave me another year, I just hope that He'll continue to guide me to whatever endeavor I'm going to part take. I'm praying for another year of good health, more blessings to come, have a happy family with my future husband, and more birthdays to come.

Second, I'd like to thank my ever dearest boyfriend for everything. He spent some money for a small celebration with his family. That was my first time to cooked something for them and I'm glad that they loved it most especially the fruit salad that I've made. Actually, the fruit salad was his special request since he do love fruits and it's not the usual salad that is made out of fruit cocktail.
Thank you so much for your effort of making me happy.

By the way, with the title it's nothing to do with it, I just remember one of the games in my DS which is the Cooking Mama.

Mother's Day Messages

Every year Mother's day is being celebrated. It's a special occasion when we express our love and respect that we have for our mother. We usually call them Mommy, Mama, Mamang, Inay, Inang, Momsie and Nanay for others.

The word MOTHER signifies a lot of things, it stands for pain everytime they saw their children suffers. They sacrifice a lot of things to keep their children happy. They would do all the things that they can do for us to be secure.

Actually, I seldom tells my mom how I love her and MAYBE most people do the same with their mothers. When I was still in Davao, I never utter the word " I love you, Mom" not because I don't love her, it's just that I'm not used to it. She never tells me the same way too but I know and feel that she do love me. It was when I left for Cebu for work when I hear the word " I love you Anak" from her. That was my first time to be far from them, also the first time to hear that precious phrase from her and my first time to utter it as well.

However, in my own simple ways I was able to let her feel that she's important to me even if I seldom say the word "I love you". Just a simple treat will do, a joke to let her laugh, go sing a long with her, listen to her stories and appreciate the foods that she prepared are some of the things that would somehow complete her day.

Everyday should always be a Mother's day. We should be thankful for all that they have done for us over the years. We can't deny the fact that our Mother is the most important woman in our lives and can't be replaced by anyone.

To my Mamang, I know that I seldom say the word "I love you" but hope you know that I really do. Thanks for everything, for the love, patience and care. Over the years you're still there to comfort us and care for us. Even if we are this old, we're always a darling child to you. I know, I'll be soon a Mother like you...and being a Mother, I'll do the same thing to my children too.

First time at iBlog4 Summit

Last Saturday, my boyfriend asked me to go with him at the UP Diliman to attend the iBlog4 summit. I’ve been blogging for 4 years now but that was my first time to attend a blogger seminar. I’m just a usual blogger, I don’t understand SEO or whatsoever when it comes to blogging. It was my boyfriend who knows a lot about SEO, keywords, and the like in terms of optimizing your blog. I even asked him to teach me how so I know what to do with my blog…"kaya lang di ako malakas sa kanya.” Hmp!

Anyway, it’s a whole day seminar but I wasn’t able to get all the things that was discussed there…”shhh…natulog kasi ako, wala pa ako tulog from my graveyard work”. I’ve met some of my boyfriend’s co-blogger who regularly visits his blog. Aba!!! Feeling artista!!! Some of them would ask him to have a posed with them, and here’s this one lady who asked for his signature? Hmmnnn…I’m thinking…is he that popular as a blogger? Actually, here’s this one incident that he was invited to be interviewed for a TV segment but then the invitation was too impromptu that my boyfriend needs to decline it since he can’t skip the office that easily.

Well, so much of that, what is funny during the seminar was at the end of the program, sponsors and volunteers were being thanked for making the event successful. To my surprised, my name was being called as one of the volunteers when in fact I’m not.

By the way, I won the iBlog4 T-shirt during the raffle.

Long Distance Relationship to Marriage

Everybody has their own love story to tell. How they met and became lovers. Some are funny and the others are inspirational.

I didn’t expect that my belief of having a long distance love affair will work. I only once had a boyfriend that is tangible or close to me and that was my first boyfriend. Unfortunately, our relationship didn’t work. My succeeding boyfriends are all intangible. I had a boyfriend that I’ve met through a friend who studied here in Manila. We’ve known each other through the internet; we became chat mates, text mates and eventually became phone pals which started the unexpected relationship that we had for almost a year. But to my dismay, our relationship didn’t work as well. It was during that time that gave me some lessons that having a long distance relationship will never work for some reasons, but there’s a part of my head that tells me, love has its magic, it will work on its own way and that love will touch those people that are really bound to be together regardless if they are near or far from each other.

Year 2003, I’m still on the process of moving on when I had a chat with this guy. Actually, I’ve known him through a certain yahoo group where I belong. With his name every time I’ve read it, there’s something I couldn’t explain. I don’t know, maybe because he’s name is not common that drives my interest to know him.

I happen to know that we’re on the same track of letting go of someone we loved, since then we became friends. He keeps on texting me; we always had a chat over the phone during the night. From their, another long distance relationship was developed. At first, I am hesitant to entertain the same situation, but on the second thought I take the risk to accept it because I was able to feel his sincerity when he asks me if I can be his girlfriend even if I’m far so long it’s serious.

Our first met was one of the most unforgettable event in our relationship. We’re on our 7 months when we had our first meeting. Two days after he arrives from Kuwait he scheduled his flight to Davao to meet me in person. I’m not prepared then, there’s a lot of “what if” on my mind. Though I’m excited to meet him but more of it was the fear of being rejected after the meeting. However, I’m thankful that there’s no rejection between the two of us, from then our long distance relationship continued.

For the first 2 years of our relationship, we only met twice or thrice a year and during our 3^rd year there’s no chance of being together even just once. It was on our 3^rd year as well that we encountered a lot of problems with our relationship. We are being tested by time, temptations, patience, and trust with each other but still our love survives. This time we’re on our 4^th year but we’re no longer far from each other.

I’m asking myself, who would be my boyfriend now if I didn’t give this guy a chance of proving that he’s serious despite the distance? I don’t know, maybe none. I’m just glad that it’s worth all the risk of having another long distance boyfriend. Now, we’re getting married.

Once I’ve said this to my ex-boyfriend when he chooses to be of someone close to him, “No Matter how hard the situation is; no difficult situation can tear apart two people who are bound by true love. No distance is too far, no time is too long for those people who truly love each other. Love will find its way to be together until the end.” And I've proved it.

Finally, I’ve found my one true love and we are now preparing for our wedding which is coming soon.

Wedding Dress

Been searching the net to get ideas about the style of my wedding gown since it’s so hard for me to choose which would best fits me. I even bought wedding magazines for me to look for wedding dresses but it’s hard to decide. This is one of the difficult tasks of a bride, to choose the best wedding dress; of course every bride wants to be the most beautiful bride to their groom. Knowing for a fact in every wedding, the first thing that they would look to a bride is her wedding dress so every bride should look at her very best.

Well, I have chosen the style of my wedding gown but I’m still worried how I would look wearing the style that I have picked. My problem is my body figure; would it look good to me? I still have few more months to trim down my body fats and it would really needs the courage and determination if I want to be the most beautiful bride my groom would ever had… naks!!!

Do you think this is a cool wedding dress?

Oppss!!! Not my choice...but on the second thought if I do have that kind of body...WHY NOT!!! Just want to help save cloth and one way of cutting down your budget. Less cloth, less price. Hehehe

Wedding Preparations

I’m back!! Been busy and burnout from my work. I feel like quitting but still choose not to quit for some reasons. First, I was too pressured to cope up with my conversion the last time it went down to the lowest level I didn’t expect. Second, been busy thinking of the things that I need to settle for my up coming wedding.

The reception has been booked; the only things that we need to finalize are the foods, so we need to do some food tasting for us to choose the foods that we want to be serve that day and the time of the event. We don’t have any problem about the bridal car, the van and our wedding cake since it is included in their package also with the venue decorations all they need to know is our wedding motif.

Our marriage license has been processed and for release next week after we attend the seminar. We filed for our marriage license in Batangas after we received our Certificate of no Marriage since it’s one of the requirements needed. As soon we received our marriage license we’ll be scheduling our flight to Davao, so I’ll be on leave for a week by May to complete the things that we need to settle in Davao.

Church Venue– We don’t have any problem with this, we don’t need reservation in terms of choosing a Church. The only thing that we need to prepare is the time and the church decoration during our wedding so still need to finalize our wedding motif. Also, we’ll be submitting the documents to our church so they could schedule our chosen date to their list of activities.

Wedding Dress (Bride and Groom) – By Thursday next week we’ll be meeting our bridal couture to give our down payment. I have chosen my wedding dress and so my partner. At first we have agreed to just rent for practical reason but then her mom wouldn’t want the idea of just renting. It’s fine with her to just rent the bridesmaids dresses but not my wedding gown and my partners’ suit.

Invitations - We agreed to invite up to 100 persons only. But then still don’t know if that is enough. I just want to invite those people who became part of my life like my friends or should I say my chosen friends, relatives, my partners’ relatives and friends as well. For now, still need to complete our entourage line up.

Wedding Ring – Still working on it.

Souvenirs – Partially taken cared off, still need to complete.

Bridesmaids Dresses - To be finalize this coming May when we get there in Davao.

These are just a few things to consider, there’s still a lot that I need to complete. I’m still thinking what other things I need to do so not to miss any details for my wedding.

For sure it would be a very hectic months to come. By the way, despite of this rice shortage problem one thing is for sure…my wedding will not be cancelled only unless I’ll cancel it. Hehehehe!!!

Paper Crafts

Here's another artwork out of paper that I've been doing after my stars and swan artworks. Most of my officemates are telling me that I should open an art shop and make use of my ideas. Our Operations Manager as well loves my work and would tell me the same thing. Even guys who seldom appreciate work like this would ask me to create one for them, like Kristoff and Raymond. Kristoff asked me to create one for him because he knows her girlfriend would like it and when he gave it to her it was appreciated as well. Raymond wants it to be displayed in his station. Belle brought hers in their house same with Annelli. Coach Maxine displayed it in her station. Our previous Senior Operations Manager who visited our floor saw it and just asked one stem of the flower…I don’t know what she’s going to do with just one stem…hehehehe.

So, what do you think? I already have a model, what I need is an art shop. (",) Next time if they're going to ask me to create one for them, I think I need to have a service fee. Well, they need to pay for my labor. Fair enough right?

Wedding Motif

End of 2007 when he finally made a statement about his plans of marrying me. We went home to Davao just to spend our new year with my family since I've been away from them for a year. He's been telling me before about the date when he would want to marry me but I'm just ignoring it. I don't want to expect too much in case it won't come to reality so it won't hurt that much.

Well, getting married is every woman's dream. Now, this is it, I'm getting married soon and still don't know what would be our wedding motif. I've been asking from friends what color motif they could suggest for this year. I even searched the Internet for some color combination's. I don't want my wedding to be dull so as our wedding pictures. I've been to several weddings, I've seen a lot of wedding pictures, some are just fine, some are little bit dull maybe because it's not my choice of color. Now, it's my turn to choose what would be the best wedding motif . That is why picking the best wedding color is one of the brides hardest tasks. It is so easy to say “let's get married or I'll marry you” than to choose what color we want for our bridesmaid dresses and wedding invitations. Most often, colors in the pictures has a lot to say than its actual color.

Anyway, some of my choices are the following. The pictures below is just a guide for me how it looks like and would give me ideas on what other colors would I match so it would give its natural color a different touch.

Valentines Day Text Messages

Hi there!!! Been gone for quite some time, well it’s February already and Valentines Day is coming up soon!!! Hmmnn… any plans this coming Feb. 14? Will you ask her for a dinner date? How about giving her a bunch of flowers and chocolates? Hmmnn… it’s like an ordinary thing right? Will you send her some text messages like how happy you are to have her/him and with all those heartwarming words of promises? Well, if you’re on a tight budget, just tell her how you love her…naks!!! Kuripot!!! Hehehe. “Naman, magpakain ka naman kahit sa KFC lang” hehehehe.

Anyways, so much for that, regardless how cheap your gift is so long you gave it and it came from the bottom of you’re heart, that is what important. Spend time with each other, plan for it and make the most out of it. Being together is the most wonderful thing you could give to your partner (that’s my opinion, because I’m always happy if I’m with my boyfriend with or without special occasions… I love him so much)

When you miss someone, your heart starts to shout that person's name. For some reason, my heart just won't stop shouting your name. I guess, you are smart enough to figure out what I mean. =)

Art Crafts out of colored papers

I love making art crafts like this. I even loved to draw and make my own cards for birthdays, weddings and even just a thank you card for a special someone or for my friends. It's not that I'm "kuripot", I'm buying the materials as well. It’s just that, I’m not satisfied if I’ll just buy it somewhere else like for example a birthday card. The satisfaction is different most especially if the person will really appreciate your effort of making something for her or for him. Just by giving them a simple thing yet with all your effort would mean a lot to them. It would make them feel more special.

It’s not necessary for you to buy expensive gifts but for those who can afford it then you can buy the most expensive gifts that you could give to your friends, love ones and special someone. Still, “it is the thought that counts” as the old adage goes.

My coach, was very happy to have that swan on the picture, I made it for her. It's very simple yet it was appreciated. While the those little stars, I made it while waiting for calls just to kill the time. My officemates saw it and they like it so they requested me to make more stars for them.

Until now, I'm not yet done doing lots of stars. Kristoff is asking me to make something like this for him. They loved it and I loved the feeling as well that my work is being appreciated.

Greatest dream

I'm kinda busy this couple of days, actually before the year 2007 ends I don't have time anymore to update my blog and to do some rounds to other blogs.

Well, busy preparing going back to Davao last week of December of 2007. Just went there to celebrate the new year with my family. Their new year is not complete without me. Mamang didn't allow me not to go home so for almost a year that I'm here in Manila I went home for the first time.

It's funny actually, I went home to do some laundry... hehehehe. I brought all my dirty clothes so I could wash it there. I stayed there for 4 days with my "mahal". Our new year celebration was fantastic, we enjoyed a lot. We laugh, dance, sing, and above all we never forget to give thanks to the creator for making our whole year of 2007 safe, for keeping us alive, for keeping us away from any illness and violence, for giving us the strength and courage and for keeping my family intact. We went back here in Manila last January 1st of this year.

This is just my second post for this year and I feel like I need to post some things that is happening now. Some things that is happening GOOD to me now. I may say that it's a gift that I've longed to have, though it's not over yet but I know that day will come. We still need to prepare for it and make the most out of it. Actually, until now I still can't believe, am I just dreaming? I even asked myself... Is this all true?

Maybe you're wondering what I'm talking about. I'm happy to say that... I'm getting married... soon. One of the greatest dream of being a woman. We are preparing things for the wedding already, it's a little bit hard since we're here. I need to do some phone calls every now and then for the things that we need to settle there. I really don't know where to start and what to do. I need to asked some friends first what are the things we need to prepare. Good thing they are all happy in helping us out.

New Years Greeting

Welcome 2008, well, this is my first post for this year. I was busy the past few days reason why I wasn’t able to update this blog and my recipe blog. I need to attend some training for our holiday overtime so I don’t have time anymore to do some posting.

The years 2007 gave me a lot of things to treasure and are too many to mention. This year I’m looking forward to something special that would happen. I hope that this year will be more than a memorable year for me to thank and to celebrate. I’m just waiting for the right time to announce it…hope this is it!!! Just wish me that God will bless us and grant our prayers and long time plans.

My EON cyber account

Got my Union Bank EON card yesterday. I was informed through email that my EON card would be ready for pick up after 3 business days, so, yesterday morning after my shift, I went to Julia Vargas Branch to pick it up. I just paid Php350.00 for the annual fee.

EON is a cyber account and is the first cyber account in the country. It's a 3 in 1 card, a savings account, a checking account and a debit card. It allows you to do all your banking trasactions just a click of the mouse.

Unlike ATM's, with EON, there's no minimum balance to maintain. It can earn higher interest than regular savings accounts. Also, you can pay bills at your time whenever you are. With your own time and from your home, you can even pay your credit cards, insurance and other utility bills . These are some of its features and I'm looking forward to whatever it has to offer.

How to get loans for your business

Ever since I told my self that I’ll not remain an employee the rest of my life. I want to start my own business. Manage it and see how it grows. However, starting it is not that easy since you have lots of things to consider. You need to plan for it. Need to identify what type of business you want to establish. Is it a long-term or just a short term business? You need to identify as well who will be your market, the location of your business and above all, do you have enough capital to start it with?

You may have all the ideas but the most common problems most people encounter when somebody wants to have their own business is the big C or the starting Capital. They may have the money but it’s not enough for them to pursue their plans and that is my problem too.

I was once informed that it is not a problem because there’s a particular organization that lends money for small time entrepreneur. Well, most business owner opted for Loans for them to have additional working capital. Micro loans for instance are small loans for start up or newly established small businesses. However, a micro loan may require some type of collateral and personal guarantee of the business owner. Also, owners should fulfill training and business planning as part of the requirements before the application is accepted. Compared to the traditional bank loans , micro loans are more relatively easy to obtain.

Well, as much as possible I don’t want to have loans since it’s a kind of debt. However, on the second thought, if it would be the way for me to start up my own business then I’ll need to take the chance and risk rather than working all my life as an employee where I don’t have any assurance as to when am I needed by the company.
