My EON cyber account

Got my Union Bank EON card yesterday. I was informed through email that my EON card would be ready for pick up after 3 business days, so, yesterday morning after my shift, I went to Julia Vargas Branch to pick it up. I just paid Php350.00 for the annual fee.

EON is a cyber account and is the first cyber account in the country. It's a 3 in 1 card, a savings account, a checking account and a debit card. It allows you to do all your banking trasactions just a click of the mouse.
Unlike ATM's, with EON, there's no minimum balance to maintain. It can earn higher interest than regular savings accounts. Also, you can pay bills at your time whenever you are. With your own time and from your home, you can even pay your credit cards, insurance and other utility bills . These are some of its features and I'm looking forward to whatever it has to offer.

How to get loans for your business

Ever since I told my self that I’ll not remain an employee the rest of my life. I want to start my own business. Manage it and see how it grows. However, starting it is not that easy since you have lots of things to consider. You need to plan for it. Need to identify what type of business you want to establish. Is it a long-term or just a short term business? You need to identify as well who will be your market, the location of your business and above all, do you have enough capital to start it with?

You may have all the ideas but the most common problems most people encounter when somebody wants to have their own business is the big C or the starting Capital. They may have the money but it’s not enough for them to pursue their plans and that is my problem too.

I was once informed that it is not a problem because there’s a particular organization that lends money for small time entrepreneur. Well, most business owner opted for Loans for them to have additional working capital. Micro loans for instance are small loans for start up or newly established small businesses. However, a micro loan may require some type of collateral and personal guarantee of the business owner. Also, owners should fulfill training and business planning as part of the requirements before the application is accepted. Compared to the traditional bank loans , micro loans are more relatively easy to obtain.

Well, as much as possible I don’t want to have loans since it’s a kind of debt. However, on the second thought, if it would be the way for me to start up my own business then I’ll need to take the chance and risk rather than working all my life as an employee where I don’t have any assurance as to when am I needed by the company.

The Golden Compass

Yesterday was my rest day so my friend and I decided to watch a movie. We've watched THE GOLDEN COMPASS starred by Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig. It's an action-adventure and science fiction-fantasy movie.

The Golden Compass is an adventure of a 12 year old orphan girl named Lyra (Daniel Blue Richards). The story happens in a world where people's souls are manifested outside of their bodies in creatures they called daemons. At first, I thought that it was just their pets but if their animal spirits gets hurt they get hurt too. These talking daemons acts as guardian angels and a soul brother that accompany them through out their lives.

Lyra is an orphan and is educated at the prestigious Jordan College. Her uncle Lord Asriel portrayed by Daniel Craig (barely seen in the movie) is a scientist/researcher who challenged the oppressive authority of the Magisterium with his pursuit about the dust. The dust is a mysterious golden substance that Lord Asriel would like to prove to the oppressive authority that my lead to open the doors to parallel universe. Evidence of dust was found in the Arctic Circle and Lord Asriel's plan of going there for further exploration excites Lyra's imagination to go with his uncle but Lord Asriel refuses her to go along the journey.

However, Lyra ends up on a different quest when Mrs. Coulter portrayed by Nicole Kidman, a powerful advocate for an evil organization bent on bringing dark times to the universe tried to corrupt Lyra for some undisclosed motives. She's interested for the compass that was secretly entrusted to Lyra. The device allows her to know the truth about things and that sent her to rescue her friend who was taken by the “gobblers” for an experiment that was led by Mrs. Coulter.

What I can say about the story? Well, in terms of visual effects employed to the creatures from a talking daemons and polar bear that interacts with human is exceptional. But with the story itself it wasn't definitely expressed the significance of the dust and some fascinating ideas that would satisfy the older viewers but for kids somehow the flying witches, talking daemons and the armored polar bear would be appealing to them.

I signed up for PayPerPost

Well, there's a lot of money making programs over the Internet and one of those is payperpost. I've read about it and was able to see a lot of difference with other paid post program. It has lots of opportunities to offer compared to others. All you need is to allocate some of your time to post something about their job offer.

Signing up is so easy and is absolutely free. However, you should wait for the approval of your blog before you could post and once approved you can now make your first blog posting through your list of opportunities and once your post was approved PPP will pay you for your effort. They have their referral program as well that would add up to your earnings if somebody sign up through your referral badge. If that person submitted his first post and get approved then you'll also received a payment. You can earn as well if somebody reviewed your post.

Honestly, It is my boyfriend who encourage me to try PayPerPost and after reading some informations about this program, it made me decide to sign up and be a part of PayPerPost family. It's not only a matter or earning money but gaining some knowledge from other bloggers and meeting some friends as well why I joined this program, payperpost.

Optical Illusion: Let your suitors count the dots

Can you count how may dot's are there?

blog and earn money online

Who doesn’t want to earn those dollars? I think everybody does want it. Every blogs that I’ve visited, most are into making money. You can find ads here and there and with sponsored post, referral tags and links. However, not all blog owners earned a lot from having a blog and that depends on the popularity of their site and of course it depends on the content of their blog .

My boyfriend is also earning out of blogging. He’s not into PPP or whatever sponsored post or review post. He earns through PPC or Pay Per Click ads from Google Adsense.

He keeps on telling me that earning through blogging is not for everybody. There are two types of blogger, first is you blog because that is your passion, you love blogging even if you are not earning. And when this type of blogger discovered that they could earn that is just an additional spice for them as a blogger that would make them more eager to blog. They learn the techniques, put some ads on their blog and still continue to blog even if they earn a little. While the second type of blogger is just blogging because they found out that they could earn out of blogging. Even if it's not their passion to blog, they blog and when they found out that it's not that easy to earn money they would stop blogging.

However, there are those types of people who wants to earn money online and have tried blogging even if it's not their passion but later discovered that blogging is fun most especially if you'll be able to enhance your writing skills, you have gained friends, and if you start earning. Your desire to write good articles is there so you could drive more readers to your blog and that means more traffic and more clicks.

There are a lot of ways to earn money online but the key to success is your passion of whatever you are doing and this isn't apply for blogging but in all endeavor that you'll going to part take.

Caught In the Act

I’m very happy because I just got my new Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera. I’m a frustrated photographer if I may say but I think photography is not my field of work. I’m just fond of taking pictures of different subjects.

Even if it’s not the type of camera that I’ve longed to have still the happiness of having one can’t be bought by anyone.

I started taking pictures of different subjects and one of my craziest act was to take pictures of my officemates…hehehehe… caught in the act scenes:

Sexiest Grandma

Did you ever asked yourself what would you be when you grow old? Most of us tend to be very busy of what life has to offer. How to conquer all of our fears. How to solve our problems. How to attain our goals. What to spend for the week. How to pay our debts and a lot more. We often forget that there's a lot of things that we shouldn't missed like how to laugh at our problems. How to enjoy life despite of difficulties and what would life be when we are old. Just a thought when I saw this picture. I'm thinking... will one of the Hotbabes be like this when they grow old? Hmmnnn... what about Jennifer Lopez?

My Dream Car

Do you have your own dream car? I bet, everybody does want to have a car. Once in a while it's good to day dream that one day you'll have your own car. Anyway, there's nothing wrong about it, right? Who knows, that dream will come true in due time.

The red one at the left is a 2009 Toyota Matrix Model. It is Bluetooth capable, 18" alloy wheels, DVD navigation system with XM NavTraffic, auxiliary audio jack and an available 2.4-liter engine with 158 hp at 6,000 rpm. These are just some of the features and specs of the new Toyota Matrix model. Actually, the concept was based on blending the functionality of an SUV.

I don't have any idea's about cars but just like cell phones, they have their own features and specifications. You may compare their features and specifications according to your needs and wants, of course with the help of a car specialist.

I just hope that one day I'll have my own car as beautiful as this photos. Will it come true? That's the question that I can't answer as of this time. If God will permit it, it will just happen in due time.

For the meantime, I still need to work hard and plan for it. Of course plan on learning how to drive. It's not fulfilling if you don't know how to drive and would just depend on getting a driver. Well, I don't know, let's just find out if I'll have my own car already if I'll be satisfied if I'm not the one who's going to drive it.

Stupid Filipina

Working in a call center is not that easy as everybody think. You would encounter different traits of people and the sad thing is that if you would encounter a stupid Filipina who happen to be one of my caller the other day.

Basically the calls that I'm receiving is a transferred call. We're dealing with inbound calls. Before a call being transferred to us, the first agent would asked for approval to her/his customer if she/he would be willing to listen to an offer where they could get savings on their current purchase or reservation. If they agreed then that's the time they're going to be transferred to us.

What makes that Filipina stupid? Well, she's too proud of herself, it seems that she's never been here in the Philippines and was not born Filipino. Shame on her!!! I am just pissed on how she reacted when she knows that I am a Filipina. I'm telling her about the offer when she asked me if I am a Filipina, I told her “yes”, when she learned about it, I can sense her disappointment. She asked me if I'm in Texas, I told her “no” and that her call was being routed here in the Philippines. Still, disappointment on her voice was very obvious. She asked me that how come her call was routed in the Philippines when she's calling in Texas. I told her that we do have several sites where her call is being transfered and one of those sites is located here in the Philippines. After knowing that, she just hung up the phone. That bitch!!

For several months that I've been receiving calls, I was able to talk to several Filipino's abroad but unlike this uneducated Filipina, they are warm and friendly. I can feel their longing to come back here in the Philippines and their excitement that they we're able to talk to a Filipina agent. Still, their values being a Filipino was never lost but this stupid uneducated Filipina she doesn't have the values. I may suggest that better for her to go back to Intermediate Level for her GMRC. “Kala mo kung sino, pinoy na pinoy pa din naman ang accent, ang yabang at kapal ng mukha!.” If ever na nagbabasa ka ng blog ko na ito, hope you will realize it was you!!!

Nakakatawa pa nito, for those foreigners na nakakausap ko and would know na I am a Filipina, mas matino pang kausap kesa sa matapobreng pinay na ito. For those Filipino abroad who still have the Filipino Values, Saludo ako sa inyo!!!

Toni Gonzaga's Video - Continuation

Well, I'm still awake when in fact I'm supposed to be sleeping at this time. Actually, I still have work tonight and I just went off for todays work, my shift starts from 10 pm and ends at 7 am and I'm supposed to get rest na so for me not to get sleepy at work. However, I can't sleep if I can't do some updates for today... hehehe, I missed blogging for a couple of days, I am making “bawi” for the silent days having no post.

Actually, I'm just excited to get some updates about Toni Gonzaga's participation as the new celebrity housemate. Well, I like Toni because of her being natural and “kalog” and I just want to know her reaction of becoming a housemate. How she manage the situation being unprepared, will she cry like Mariel or just laugh at it. My small size TV is not capable of giving me good video and since my shift schedule has changed, I wasn't able to watched that episode. So, here's the continuation of Toni's becoming a housemate. Here's the Link. Continuation was on the latter part and here's another 2 links to complete Toni's entrant. Video 2 and Video 3.

I am laughing alone how Toni reacted to her new role in PBB. She's no longer the host, now she will feel how to become a housemate. But what touches me most was when she was given the chance to call her mom. She can't be with her mom's birthday and that's the saddest part of it.

As usual, I'm very thankful to Sikatpinoy for posting the said episode even if she/he disabled embedding the said video.

Toni's Participation as Guest Housemate on PBB

This is the last part of Pinoy Big Brother edition last night. Big Brother asked Toni to go inside the confession room for some information and that she'll be the newest celebrity guest housemate. Toni being unprepared didn't know what to say. The episode is to be continued so I'll be posting the update tomorrow. Here's the link: Newest Entrant as a Guest Housemate. Again, thanks for SikatPinoy for this video.

Mariel's Video

I'm not watching Pinoy Big Brother that much since I don't have time due to the type of my work. However, during my restday I was able to watched the episode where in Mariel Rodriguez was surprised that she'll be one of the housemates, well actually, she's just a guest housemate and not an official celebrity housemate like the others. I keep on searching for that video because the reception of my small size tv is not that good. Alas!! I found it but It can't be embedded, what I can share is only the link. I just find Mariel cute with her reactions. Here's the links: First Scene, Second Scene, Third Scene. Thanks to Sikatpinoy for this video.

Last night, it's Toni's turn but to be continued pa... and I'm going to search for video again because I can't watch it na because I have shift tonight. I just want to find out what's the reaction of Toni.

My Plans of Buying a House

Owning a house is quite expensive and we all know that it's everybody's dream. During my young age I already have that dream to have my own house, of course I don't want to stay for the rest of my life living with my parents. It's not that I don't want to be with them but what I want is to stand on my own. I even told myself then that at the age of 24 I should have bought one for myself. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to materialized that goal that soon. Well, good fortune wasn't my side to have enough funds to pursue it.

Now, I'm still looking forward that I would be able to buy a house that I could say “Mine”. I don't want to rent either. Renting is somewhat tiring and not practical. It's like you keep on paying every month but still the house will not be yours. What I am considering now is to turn into purchasing a bank foreclosure property. These are properties that was held back by the lender because the owner fails to pay the mortgage. The good thing about this foreclosed property is that it can be bought below their market value and usually it's 20% off the actual market value. This means that you can save a lot of money for your other expenses.

How to find a listing of home foreclosure in your area? It's so easy, you may browse it over the Internet, you may just type find house foreclosure.

It's not hard to find foreclosed houses because every year many people lose their homes due to credit problems, unexpected expenses due to unexpected events and during periods of economic stability.

In the United States, foreclosure are on the rise. In Florida itself, it had more houses in foreclosures than any other state and traditionally, it's a great spot for retirement and also for tourism since there's a lot of places to go there for fun and relaxation. So, for those living abroad especially in Florida and is planning to move out and buy their houses why not try getting house foreclosure in Florida? You may save more than what you think.

Insurance Coverage

Way back in Davao, I was working then as a secretary of an Insurance agent who deals with Automobile Insurance Policies and Life Insurance Policies.

The difference between getting insurance coverage for cars and a life insurance is that anyone who drives a car knows that auto insurance plans is part of the package of having a car, it's an unavoidable cost of driving while life insurance can be an option for others not to take especially for those who doesn't have enough funds to invest.

Now, choosing a company for your protection can be more stressful most especially that you need to consider a lot of things like for example getting a better car insurance rates, stability of the company, the type of coverage that fits to your needs and the like.

Maybe, getting an insurance for others is not that important maybe because they thought that getting one is just a waste of money or maybe they're just skeptical to get insured because they don't know who to trust their money for investment. However, one thing that we should know is that, getting an insurance it might be a life insurance or a car insurance is not a liability but an additional asset that everybody should appreciate.

Blogsvertise to earn that dollar

I don't know if you've come across with this program Blogsvertise. It's another dollar generating opportunity for bloggers. Unlike other sponsored program, you need not to endorse the websites product nor the service. You can write anything that has something to do with it like discussing how it relates to your daily experience or maybe something that you recalled in the past that relates to their products. You can comment about it, give compliments and even give negative thoughts about the products which is a big No! No! to other sponsored program.

Once approved by Blogsvertise, the administration then assigns writing tasks for what advertisers want you to mention in your blog then you'll just link to the advertisers website 3 times in your entry. Meaning, they just want popularity, the publicity. In return, just by talking about their website in your blog, Blogsvertise will then pay your effort. It's that simple right?

One of the best posts that I can use to describe me is The DecisionI am Delirious the creator of Lifeonalimb. I always wished I could have my own little newspaper and write all of the columns myself. But since I probably wouldn't make enough money to pay for the paper to publish it, I decided to go the "free route" instead. I don't think this is my best post, but probably one that most people would enjoy; death-defying Stop in, check it out, leave a comment, then go get therapy

I am Bridget from "And Miles To Go Before We Sleep" I am a stay at home mom of five young children, ages 1-12, three of which have special needs. Two of my boys are afflicted with Autism so it is a very busy household. I started bogging because our family moves around a lot and we ar very far away from our families and this was a great was to stay in touch with them. I met so many great people through blogging and I enjoyed it so much that I now feel like it's another job (one that I enjoy). My favorite post so far has to be The Old Tree In The Middle Of The Dry Desert.

My name is Winsome Gunning and I am an artist who started blogging about `The Creative Process’ and `The Power of Listening to Silence’ on Winsome Gunning Art Walk. From my own listening to silence came A New Green Earthmy personal voice for green change. About DioxinAbout Simple Ways and A Green Earth are also my voices for green change. On these two blogs I publish contemporary green news from around the world.I am the wily Blogolope, and I blog for fun and to get things off my chest and hopefully be funny.I created Blogolope because I thought it would be fun, simple as that. Blogolope to Assist Santa, Elves if a funny post. is an example of the issues about which I have felt compelled to write.

Hi, My name is Janice Ng & I'm the miracle mum from "This is a miracle". I started to blog to document the foot steps of my 2 boys : Amos & Zachary. With this blog, they are able to look back what they have been through: their joy, excitement, laughter, fighting, crying, screaming... etc when they grow up. One of my favourite post is "The loving brothers" on how the 2 brothers showed they tenderly care through a piece of strawberry cake!!

My name is Stine, a Norwegian mother of 6, and I blog at Mother's Home!. I have recently created another blog/site, Mother's Got A Dot Com. Why? First, for my own enjoyment. I've gotten to "know" so many lovely people since I started, and blogging has become an addiction (Sound familiar?) Second, I'm continually amazed that I can actually earn a little extra doing what I enjoy so much... I also get to let out some steam sometimes, as in Stage Mums.

My name is Misty Dawn, and I blog from the middle of nowhere, at My Dogs Keep Me Sane. I began this blog at the advice of one of my best friends. It's purpose was to give me a place to talk about the frustrations of moving to another state and moving away from my family and friends. Now, it has become so much more than that. Blogging has become an addiction for me. I now use my blog to earn income; I have met so many fabulous friends; I share my writing and my photography; I share my stories, whether they be funny, serious, or sad; I can share my frustrations and my emotions without worrying about being judged for what I say... There are no words to encompass what blogging and the people of the blogosphere mean to me... and that is why I blog. My favorite post would have to be Rough Tough Farm Gang because it is a fun post that will make people smile. I'm not saying it is my best or most thought-out post, but it is my favorite.

My name is Tammy and I'm Mom Knows Everything. I don't pretend to know everything, but I tell my kids I do. I started blogging when a friend suggested it. I have found that not only is it a great way to relieve stress, but also a great way to feel better about myself. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I think my favorite post would have to be My Dad And John Wayne. It may not be the best post or the one that got the most comments, but writing this post really helped me deal with the death of my father.

My name is Carrie and i am keeping busy raisig my four children and trying to keep two blogs on the go. Rantings of a Woman and Jabber Jaws. I first got started with blogging when I was seeing how much fun my friend was having and to be honest the money was really starting to sound nice. Now it has become so much more than money with all the new friends I have been making. A couple post that I find myself thinking back to is first Baking Cookies with my 3 year old son, sometime it's the little things that matter the most and Helping a Friend, she is so dear to me and I would do anything to help her out. Kim you've got my vote!

My name is Anne byotipol guapa author of My Virtual Journal Various reasons why I do blogging. Firstly, because I needed an outlet to pour all my heartaches and homesickness since I came to America only almost 2 years ago and blogging helps me alot coping up with different emotions pertaining to my moving here. Secondly,I never thought that I can make money from blog advertising and everyday,I am having an income though not much just by staying at home.Thirdly,I got tons of online friends now most of them I met through blogging world. What more can I say?

Hi I'm Anna another pinay who is addicted into blog. I'm soon to be married, and a stay at home woman. I'm the Author of Anna's Daily Journal . I joined in the world of blog because I have fun sharing thoughts to others. Also this blog of mine is mostly about my life here in US since I came here, and to be able to share some ideas online to my friends that I've meet online. And also so my family will know how's my daily life while I'm far away from them. Mostly about my family and my self.

Hola. Garf es mi nombre. I'm married and is addicted into blogging thing. I'm a homebody person and the author of Recuerdo Mi Amor. I'm into blogging world two years ago and it's fun doing it. Earning money thru blog was the recent news that I know of and it perks up my ear, knowing that updating your blog will turn to gold. Don't have income yet but I'm on my way there.

Hello World!!! I'm May as simple as my Blog. I've been into blogging for about 3 years now. I simply blog before to have an outlet of all the pressures I am experiencing in this so called life and also to share some thoughts and some laughs that might touch other peoples lives. Also, I blog to gain new friends and to earn money as well out of blogging. I am the author of Blogkadahan Inc. my newest blog and also Recipe Hotline.

Lessons in Love

1. You're the one responsible of whatever actions that you're going to make, so before quitting, think of a hundred times and consult your emotions. Nobody will suffer but you!

2. What you have before will not be yours forever. Enjoy and appreciate it while it's still there. Don't give up easily.

3.Love is not a plain surface, it has its ups and down and you need to work out for it in order for your relationship to endure.

4. Love is not a one way street; it's always two to tango. If you feel you're not loved in return, then at least love yourself and let go of the person.

5. If you’re hurt, appreciate it for a while but never cling to your lost love. You can cry for it but never regret it. Let go and move on.

Don't be afraid to love again because Love will not leave you, it wasn't lost, it's still there in your heart. It's just waiting for the right time and for the right person for you to once feel it. What was lost was the person you have loved.

Ghost Story

Once in a hospital, there was a doctor who’s on her way to the 10th floor, on the elevator, a girl was there too! The door suddenly opened on the 7th flr, and they saw a young boy running towards the elevator!! The doctor closed the door immediately and then the girl asked her why? “I knew him, he was my patient and he died yesterday! The doctor replied."How did you know he was your patient? The girl then asked."I saw that red tag on his wrist and a red tag like what he had are for dead patients! The girl smiled and raised her wrist saying, "LIKE THIS DOC??"...

Just a Thought

There are moments that made me think why do I experience things that I’m not expecting to happen. Why do pain stay for quite sometime and hurts us so much while happiness vanished that easily? Why do I need to strive to reach the peak of success while others just grab it so easy? Wala lang… nag-eemote lang.

Blogger layouts and templates

I was asked by a friend to help her out how to modify or change her blogger layouts and templates. Well, I just told her that I'm not good of doing it nor an expert for her to consult with and that, what can I do for her is to help her surf for sites that offers free templates and layouts since that's what I'm doing if I feel I need to change the looks of my blog. Well, that's the least that I can do with my blog since I don't have the money to hire someone to set up my blog and have my own personalized layout.

Below are some of the sites I usually visit hope these will help you as well;

1. Pyzam.com - Pyzam has lots of things to offer from blogger templates and layouts, friendster layouts, my space as well, Hi5 and a lot more.

2. geckoandfly.com - Geckoandfly are exclusively all blogger templates

3. finalsense.com - Like geckoandfly, finalsense offers different variety of free blogger templates

4. isnaini.com - You may also like the templates here. Instructions was provided as well by the author how to use his designs.

There are lots of sites that offers free templates...just google it and you'll find it.

Recipe Hotline

I got so busy this past few days reason I haven't updated my blog. Our client was here in Manila for a visit since it's our accounts 1 year anniversary here in the Philippines. Well, nothing fancy happens, we just have a simple buffet party on the floor. While others are taking calls, the big bosses are eating and some of the agent's who was on break. Merits was given to those who stayed in the accounts, for those who got high conversions and who passed our Hyper Quality, for being the best coach, and top agent.

Speaking of conversion and hyper quality, I am struggling now to hit both metrics. There are moments that I want to give up, maybe because I'm not used to have low conversions and a failing hyper quality. Working in a sales account would really give a lot of pressures but what can I do is to strive hard and do the best. Though I'm not the bottom performer but I just can't accept the fact that I'm no longer on the list of the top agents same as before.

I'll post more some other time. By the way, what's on my title? Nothing. Actually, that's one of my blog that I haven't updated yet. I'm posting different recipes there and I'm planning to change the layout of it as well. You can visit my recipe blog here.

The Husband Store

Just sharing this for a little laugh. This is for all men and to all the women who can handle the truth!

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New York City, where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates. You may visit the store ONLY ONCE !There are six floors and the attributes of the men increase as the shopper ascends the flights. There is, however, a catch . . .. you may choose any man from a particular floor, or you may choose to go up a floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building! So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband . ..

On the first floor the sign on the door reads: Floor 1 - These men have jobs and love the Lord.

The second floor sign reads: Floor 2 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, and love kids.

The third floor sign reads: Floor 3 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, and are extremely good looking."Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

She goes to the fourth floor and sign reads: Floor 4 - These men have jobs, love the ! Lord, love kids, are drop- dead good looking and help with the housework."Oh, mercy me!" she exclaims, "I can hardly stand it!"

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and sign reads: Floor 5 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop- dead gorgeous, help with the housework, and have a strong romantic streak. She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 6 - You are visitor 4,363,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please.Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store. Watch your step as you exit the building, and have a nice day!

Lessons learned!!! Remember Greed is one of the seven deadly sins. You have to learn to be grateful for what you have to get more. When you are ungrateful you end up with nothing. Happy Shopping!!! *wink

6 things to do before you turn 30

Well, most people I know when it comes to age as much as they could hide it they will surely do. However, facts can't hide it. Physically it will show how old a person is, worst, there are those who looks matured than their real age is and lucky are those who looks young compared to what their age really is. Anyway, nobody is exempted of growing old.

So who's turning the "Big Three - 0"? Is it really a big deal for ladies? Just asking... maybe for those who already overcome this phase can share something. What did you feel when you're about to reach this age? How did you accept it? What are your fears? What are the things that you wanted to do before reaching the age of 30?

Basically, for women out there most especially for those unattached there's a fear of reaching the "Big Three-0". I've noticed it with my cousin, when she's still 28, it seems like she's in a hurry to do all the things that she wanted to do before reaching thirty. Now, my turn...I'm not getting any younger. My body is now complaining for some pains that signals my "youthness" is over (charing sa term!!!).

These are the 6 things that I wanted to do before reaching the milestone age of Thirty...hehehehe.

1. Travel - I want to go places, alone. Explore different places by myself, no buddies, no boyfriend, no friends, no relatives, where I can be myself for the last hurrah (hehehehe). Meet new people, new friends (only) and can explore new things.

2. Learn to put on make-ups - Honestly, what you can see on my face is a simple Johnson's Baby Powder and a little lipstick on my lips. I don't know how to put blush on and the like.

3. Save - Though I'm not the type of person who spends money a lot, I still want to save more for some plans in the future.

4. Trim down my fats - Oh! My!! This is one of my problem. I'm very lazy to do some exercise. But, I'm trying my best not to eat too much (if I'm alone, but if I'm with my bf, what we do is food tripping...huhuhuhu).

5. Start a Journal-scrapbook - Well, not here on blog sphere, I can share some light side of my life here but not too much. I would rather write privately on a notebook perhaps or a combination of a scrapbook.

and the last but not the least....

6. Get Married - Hello!!! I can feel the pressure from all over the planet. Of course, before reaching that age I want to be settled already. I'm not young anymore for a love-courtship relationship. I'm done with it and would like to upgrade to the highest level (Parang games ah... hehehe)

For self-compliment... I'm always saying this " Only Carabao's grow old".

My New Home

I'm not a newbie anymore when it comes to blogging, I started blogging since 2004 from another blog site then transferred to blogger. I decided not to post anymore on my old blog. I didn't delete it but opted not to publicized it and changed the site address so it won't be viewed by my former readers. I've created a new one for some reasons. I want to close the chapters where I have posted the "not so good things" that happened to my life. True enough, experience would really thought us what to do and not to do. What to share and not to share, whom not to share the things you've gone through and whom you want to share it with.

Now, I'm home!!! This is my new place I called "my own". What I've done with my former blog won't happen again.
Promise!!!
Anyways, I consider this blog as my "Living Room" and mind you.... I have my "Kitchen" as well you can visit it here.!!!

Unusual Tomb

I'm here at the office, taking bad calls from dumb customers. I'm pissed off getting bad transfers and answering those rude customers. I am pissed because, how can I make sales out of those bad transfers and drop calls? Well, that's my job, we don't have any control of the calls that we're all getting. At the end of the day, it's not the type of calls that we have that would matter but our conversion. I'm about to take my 1 hour break but still, my conversion is very low.

While surfing the net looking for funny pictures that would help me forget that today is a bad day for my stats, whoa! What I've found is an Unusual Tomb. Unusual because I haven't seen such tomb before and actually nobody would do that most especially here in the Philippines. Why? Well, for sure a lot of grave robbers would be interested and steal whatever they buried on her tomb like, sandals, wines, perfumes, and with a flat screen T.V? Isn't it unusual for them to bury the dead with her personal belongings and set up the tomb like her bedroom? Is it their family tradition? Or they're just that rich? hehehehe...

Nintendo DS Lite Addict

My boyfriend would always teased me "Nintendo Addict" everytime I borrowed his Nintendo DS lite and started playing with it, maybe he's just jealous because my attention is now with his Nintendo and he feels I'm ignoring him anymore. Sort of, joke!!! (Smile) Ofcourse not! Just releasing some tension and pressure to end my day lite and bubbly!!! In the first place, I'm not playing with it everyday and every hour. And now, who's Nintendo Addict? Am I? or this cute little pussycats? *Wink!

Entire Lunar Eclipse - August 28, 2007

>

Last Aug. 28, 2007 in some countries, lunar eclipse was very visible. Here in Manila, Philippines, it was not seen by many because it was cloudy during that night. You can't see the stars and moon. I don't know in some parts of the island like in Davao or in Cebu. Here are some of the video shots I've searched in you tube. This one is a shot from Los Angeles, California

Of the two videos this one is the great shot. The person who took it got a good camera and stationed on the beach, at Long Beach California. He matched it with a background music of moonlight sonata.

1 Vs 100 - ABS CBN's Newest Game Show

Game shows is very evident now in ABS-CBN. During noon time we have "Game ka na ba" formerly hosted by Kris Aquino and now with Mr. Edu Manzano and Wowowee hosted by Willy Revillame both an original version being produced by the said network.
Another one is Deal or No Deal being imported abroad and being hosted by Ms. Kris Aquino. It's being watched by most of us during night time. We can't deny the fact that most of us, though not all, takes chances in participating on this kind of...game of luck as I may say. Hoping that it would turn our dreams come true. Win the millions and would change everybody's way of life.

Now, ABS-CBN has another up coming game show that will officially air next week and will be hosted by Mr. Edu Manzano. 1 Vs. 100 is another series produced by Endemol USA and imported by ABS CBN. "1 vs 100" is an international hit in Sweden, Belgium, Holland (where it originated), Germany, Argentina and Portugal and was recently sold to BBC in the United Kingdom to air in primetime and now here in the Philippines.

1 vs 100 is a quiz show that pits one contestant (the player) against 100 people (the mob) who are also contestants in a classic match-up for a potential grand prize. The player must answer all the trivia questions right, wrong answers from the mob eliminates them from the game. If the player can eliminate the 100 contestants, he will go home with the grand prize. However, it the player got one wrong answer the game is over.

Will this game show be successful as well like Deal or No Deal? Let's just wait and see.

Grand Eye Ball at Dampa

Last Aug. 3, 2007 I had my first EB with my co-priders. The venue was held at Dampa in Roxas Blvd. Since, I'm not originally from here and doesn't know the place yet, I phoned up one of my friends so I could join them since I am too eager to meet them all as well. Basically, if I don't know the place and for me to be sure that I'll get there, my first choice would be to take a taxi. Well, that's how I used to do every time I need to go somewhere else. Good thing I convinced my self not to do it thinking that I would spent a lot on my fare if I would ride a taxi, for all I know Mandaluyong is quite far from Roxas Blvd. and it is quite expensive. I'm not comfortable riding a bus, I do have my reasons why but since I don't have a choice, then I did take the risk.

My friend and I decided to meet in Baclaran and from there we headed to Dampa together with our co-priders. I meet Cheray, Juliet and Dhen. On my surprised, I didn't know that it would be a very special gathering. I only found out that Mommy MJ and Daddy Edz (as the group called them ) are there as well knowing that they resides in the U.S. I've meet Joy ( I thought it's a SHE but to my surprised it's a HE), Ka Efren, Czar, Raquel, Milly, Cherry (Czar's gf), Cois, Pam, Rouselle, Jim, and a lot more (honestly I forgot the names of the others).

The foods taste good, we sung, played games, played tongue twister like “Pinaputi ni Tipeterio ang pitong puting putong patong patong”. You need to recite it as fast as you can several times in a given time without errors so you can beat the other team. Good thing I won!!! hehehehe. I'll post some pictures if Mommy MJ uploaded it and the others as well who took pictures during that time. I don't have a camera so I'll just wait and grab some shots from them.

Hopeless Romantic - Reposted

I reviewed my old blog and reread some of my post there. I decided to repost this here on my new blog...

"Are you a hopeless romantic? Well, count me in... maybe because I really am. I couldn't help but get really envious when I see older couples holding hands, even if they're old the sweetness is still there as if they're like young lovers who are very much in love with each other. I even get envious to see my parents affection towards each other. They nurture love and fulfilled their vows to each other. To be together in sickness and in health, for better or for worse... and I, being the eldest have seen how they love each other.

I sometimes ask my self... would I die old alone or would I be able to find the right person I could spend my twilight years with? It's not that I'm afraid of being alone but of course who wants to be alone? It's just that I have so much love to give and maybe none to share it with.Well, don't get me wrong, this time... of course I have someone special at the moment...but I don't know how far it would go. I don't know why I have this feeling of fear... maybe because, at this moment in time, you rarely get to see one... someone that is real or maybe I'm just afraid to have another failed relationship. You know that... you'll give your all, your love, everything and only to find, everything would turn out to nothing. What the heck! It's not everyday that we fall in love and not all we met everyday is worth loving and that has the magic to let us fall.

Call me a hopeless romantic, but still I believe that one day my knight in shining armor would come to rescue me from my misery. That one day, I would grow old and gray, taking the bad times along with the good, hoping, praying, and loving, together with the right person that is Heaven sent for me. Now, I see old couples holding hands. I see my mother and father caressing each other everyday, all I can do is sigh! Maybe one day, I would have my time, when someone else will do the sighing. Now, I'm just enjoying what God has given me. Still single at the moment and still waiting for my knight in shining armor to arrive. Though I have my special someone now, still we don't know what would be our future, there are lot of things that might happen. Things we don't know and only God knows what would it be for both of us.

How about you? Have you found your Cinderella or your Prince? (",)
